The Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation, in a letter dated Tuesday, January 21st and marked by the Director of IPPIS, Olufehinti Olusegun, coordinated the Ministry of Finance, Budget and National Planning not to discharge assets for the installment of January pay rates of scholastic staff of colleges, polytechnics and schools of instruction yet to enlist on the IPPIS stage.
