The federal government released N2 billion for agricultural developments through; tertiary Education Trust Board to support development projects; at Federal University Of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Dr. Bichi Baffa The TETFUND Executive Secretary who confirmed this said the university will boost the government economic to agricultural development.
FUNAAB had been lacking behind because of its inability to access more than N2 billion allocated to it since 2013.
He blamed the ability of the university to get funding on the prolonged bickering and internal crisis which, he said,the management was; currently doing everything to avoid.

The Vice – Chancellor of the university promised after an extensive discussion on how to overcome the problem of non-withdrawal and even agreed on the timeline.
