    As the Business Development Manager, you’ll focus on building new and supporting existing relationships with organizations and companies that refer their patients, members, or employees to us. Your role involves identifying and connecting with potential referral sources, negotiating and managing partnership agreements, collaborating internally for streamlined processes, and analyzing performance metrics for data-driven decision-making. Put simply, you’ll do a mix of prospecting, relationship-building, sales, and account management—all in the spirit of helping us extend our reach and impact.

    Responsibilities

    • Strategically develop and nurture relationships with new and existing referral sources to build rapport both virtually and in person.
    • Lead the creation and implementation of partnership programs that cater to the specific needs of diverse B2B clients.
    • Negotiate, draft, and manage partnership agreements, ensuring compliance and proactive management of contractual modifications.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline processes, align services with partner needs, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
    • Analyze partnership performance metrics and provide comprehensive reports to partners, utilizing data-driven insights to drive decision-making.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for existing referral programs in an account management capacity by facilitating meetings, ensuring seamless service execution, and providing reporting to demonstrate care outcomes.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and funding opportunities, contributing insights to drive innovation and business growth.
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the partnership management team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

    Requirements

    • Must reside within a 90-minute commuting distance of the GTA to facilitate meetings and client interactions.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or related roles within healthcare.
    • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships, ideally within a healthcare or mental health context.
    • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in generating and interpreting partnership performance metrics.

    Benefits

    • Salary range: $90,000-$120,000
    • Remote first, with occasional in-person team meetings in Toronto
