The representative for the commission, Rasheedat Okoduwa, said in an explanation that Justice Abdulmalik saw the convict as; liable of the considerable number of charges favored against him.

The announcement stated, “Kayode was low maintenance analyst, who evaluated and denoted understudies’ assessment contents at; the Department of Accountancy of The Polytechnic, Ibadan.

“He was; summoned by the ICPC in June 2016 on five means supposedly gathering wholes of cash from five understudies of the organization and endeavoring to help them to modify and verify higher assessment scores on various contents composed outside the assessment corridor.

“Every one of the offenses negated areas 9, 9(2), 9(2a) and 10b of the Examination Malpractices Act, CAP E15, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 1990.

“The last judgment against Kayode was; verified after the ICPC, through the indictment counsel, Aderonke Bisi-Balogun, demonstrated past sensible uncertainty that he submitted every one of the offenses leveled against him.

The sentence was; passed on by Justice Abdulmalik, having seen Kayode as; blameworthy of the considerable number of charges favored against him.”
