    Job Description


    We are seeking a skilled Floor Technician for our team in Port Hawkesbury. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, the Floor Technician will be responsible for maintaining the quality and appearance of floors through various tasks, with a focus on stripping and waxing.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Perform floor maintenance tasks, including stripping, waxing, and buffing
    • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of floors in designated areas
    • Utilize equipment and chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines
    • Inspect and address any floor-related issues promptly
    • Collaborate with the cleaning and maintenance team to achieve overall site excellence



    • Several years of experience in stripping and waxing floors
    • Knowledge of floor maintenance equipment and chemicals
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently
    • Strong attention to detail and quality
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
