Equipment and Machinery Experience: Tractor, Harvesters
Job Duties:
- Organize and co-ordinate planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities
- Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings
- Manage overall operation of farm
- Purchase machinery, seed, feed and other supplies
- Establish marketing programs
- Determine the amount and kinds of crops to be grown
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Perform general farm duties
