The middle-age man ran out of luck when the commissioner paid an unscheduled visit to the school where candidates were; writing the English language examination.
The man who could give satisfactory answers on his reasons for being; in the hall with about 20 English language textbooks and answer was; promptly arrested and handed over the policemen.
It was; further learnt that the principal of the school would be; made to face the music found to have colluded with the suspect to perpetrate the criminal act.
