Gnanasekaran spoke on the presentation of prizes and awards to winners on the 15th National Mathematics competition in Lagos.
Mrs Geethanehali Gnanasekaran said her 12-year-old son, Rishy, does not need the scholarship offered him by the Nigeria Tulip International colleges [NTIC].
The National Mathematics competition was; won by Rishy, a student of Indian languages school.
Rishy won 100 percent Scholarship and accommodation from NTIC the organizers.
Rishy got other benefit like cash prize of N300,000 and the teacher who taught him had a benefit cash prize of N150,00.

The school was given a photocopy machine for the good work.
The mother said, No need for the scholarship, he will remain in his school. Some other persons can use it.
Rishy had planned what he will use the money for, he is; going to do some charity works and some other things.
The mother said she is; so proud of the son’s success and glory in the mathematics competition, for the wonderful performance.
