Sleep is a natural role in a normal human body. We need sleep to relax our mind and body. But how can we over sleep during exam period these 5 tips will help students over come sleep during exams period.

1 AVOID HEAVY MEALS

Most student lies eating heavy meals during exam period and reading time. Heavy meals attacks laziness an makes a student feel sleepy . it advisable to take light meals when preparing for exams to keep your body light and active.

2 AVOID DRINKING ALCOHOL WHEN PREPARING FOR EXAMS

Most students drinks alcohol during exams and while preparing for exams. It reduces the level of active reading and causes sleep during reading time. When the body response to the alcoholic content it causes headache and disturbs the body during exams.

3 STOP STAYING ON SOCIAL MEDIA DURING WHY PREPARAING FOR EXAMS

Most students are so addicted to chatting and spending time on social media with friends. It causes distractions and weakness to the body while preparing for exams. Avoid spending time on social media during exam period to be able to stay focus and it also causes body weakness because of the time spent.

4 STOP READING DIFFICULT TOPICS AT NIGHT

During exams period most student spent time reading difficult topics at midnight without understanding which causes sleep while preparing for exams. It is advisable to tackle the heavy topics during day time and read the light topics at night

5  DRINKING MUCH WATER WHILE READING 

It is advisable to keep a bottle of water while reading as a student during exam period . It helps to boost up your energy and improve poductivity
