Salary: N45,000 – N80,000 monthly

Bank Teller
Location: Lagos
Deadline: 28th February 2021.
Customer Service Representative
Location: Nationwide
Deadline: 30th April 2021.
Salary: N70,000 – N85,000 monthly
Call Centre Agent – Hausa Speaking, Igbo Speaking, Yoruba Speaking
Location: Lagos (Ajah, Surulere, Lagos Island, Lekki, Oworonshoki, Gbagada, Bariga).

Nigeria Immigration Requirement and Qualification
Possession of B.Sc, HND, NCE, OND in relation to the applied position from a recognized institution.
Any added certificate either postgraduate or professional certification will be of advantage.
NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate.
Applicants must not be above 35 years old.
West African School Certificate (WAEC) or Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSSC) with Credits in not less than three (3) subjects including English and at least passes in two (2) other subjects; or
Candidates must have National Examination Council (NECO)/General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level with passes in four (4) subjects obtained at one sitting or five (5) subjects obtained at two sittings including the English Language.)
National Diploma (ND) obtained from a recognized institution. National Certificate of Education (NCE) from a recognized institution; or General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) in two (2) subjects obtained at one sitting or three (3) subjects obtained at two sittings.
Must be computer literate.
Job Description of Available Vacant Positions
Bank Loan Officer

Evaluating credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
Engaging applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
Determining all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans.
Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information
Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them to line managers or supervisor
Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services
Maintain and update account records
Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish quotas
Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process
Οperate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines
